Bad Reputation

Hi,

I have noticed My Rep Is red, If it stays this way will i be banned from the forum?

 

no - not unless you do summing rele bad

 

Andy, stay out of Adsense threads for a while

 

Once you get to know people and stuff your rep will start going up

 

It didn't work for Ned though

 

Don't fret over the rep, but concentrate on more important issues and it'll be glowing a new color again before you know it.

Don't get discouraged, get determined.

My suggestion to anyone going to a new forum, especially as one as active as this one is to spend a substantial amount of time reading. Each forum is its own entity, and accepted practices and mores are different from place to place. Spend time reading and listening and get a feel. Once you have spent a good bit of time learning what the forum is about, then get into posting.

Post where you feel you can add something meaningful to the discussion. Not that I myself always follow this same advice but I try.

 

Now, I'm curious were is My Rep Is red at? Also, will someone explan the green blocks? Lora

 

I just click on my Rate button and my is red as well what does this mean?
It also said i post a negative comment on this post I think i just ask a Q? only about the Rep red--anyway more information about this would be great.

How do you get the rank? Rank descriptions say different quotes so i wonder who does the ranking?

O.K. got it--quess this is a game of who can give out the most rep red,right? If only this was a perfect world than blab blab blab no more rep red I quess no more posting silly stuiped Q? for me.................Anyway the rep red only means that i'm trying to live in a not so perfect world than lets choke it up to lifes experences,right...quess i got to grow a back bone at some times during my 49 years of life.....

You will get red reps, that is unavoidable. DP gets them as well.

 

Yes, I figure that out--was just expressing myself--I'm a very nice person so you want see me giving out two many Rep Red--just don't like the feeling of having to wear a bullet proof vest just to protect myself--from not so mature ppl/kids.............if you know what i mean, huh?

Anyway the comment above is not meant to disk anyone just feeling kind of werid about the Rep Red --please forgive me about my bad spelling from time to time can't seem to find the spell check.

I hate getting red reps as well, it does bother me even though it really shouldn't.
