I need a reliable and affordable WP coder for 100 PSD's

yes about 100 PSD's over the next 90 days, thats about 1-2 psd's a day.

turn around time should be less than 24 hours.

the usual conditions like valid xhtml/css, error free wp funtionality across browsers etc.

i send you 1 psd, you code it, i test it, and then i paypal you, repeat

i am paying 35$ per PSD. if you can code PHPLD, joomla, etc etc i have more work.

I suggest you contact Clive or CypherHackz, they are who I use

He is right, they are good coders.

My suggestion would be to get 5 or so which you think will do best, give them a .psd each and then make your decision based on their turnaround time, quality of coding etc
