Directories is it your full Time Business ?

So many Directories out in the market, we are very interested to find out the resources used to maintain the Directories

For example our resources are :-

and whether its a :-

Business or Hobby

Business :- Yes - 100% for us
Hobby :- No

I currently have a few one page niche directories on highly focused topics that I maintain in my spare time as a hobby, but I don't think that is what you were looking for.

Well Full time SEO AND Webmaster, Directories are only a part of my Projects.

 

Directories are just part of what I do business in the Internet also

 

Part of almost Full Time webmaster, but I do Management on the side.

 

Currently the only internet business that I have since Dec2005.

 

Directory is one part of other business / work I am doing online.

directories is not my main business! i have a lot of other sites to maintain aswell, but then lately i have worked on harmu.com more than any other site of mine! also, i will be making 1-2 more directories, may be a total of 5, i guess that much i can manage alone.

i work 18 hours a day, so no staff is required. but yes the work pressures is increasing, so i may take a staff, may be next month!

directory is not my full time business, but then it is taking my most online time these day!

Good to see that the majority are full timers on the internet all with working hard full time on the net

 

I am a permanent Govt. Employee. But my regular Job -requires - maximum 3 hrs presence per day. Sometimes -- just 1 hr.
I was too bored - to spend 15+ free hrs. So I started playing games on Yahoo --continued few months --but the INTERNET BILL was too high to sustain.

I wanted some earnings from the net --and happened to find DP.
Joined the directory bandwagon since January --and has been spending 12-18 hrs/day.

for me I am a SEO person and directories r my full time business

 

It is quickly becoming a full time job. You can put as much or as little as you want into a directory. My goal is to build the most comprehensive hub for blog related information on the net. I'm giving myself realistic goals and targets. Currently I work a full time job as well which allows me alot of freedoms so I'm in no rush to leave the day job.

Is it a hobby though: Yeah. I'm passionate about it sure I run it like a business and it is but I don't see it as work, I see it as a hobby and active investment

 

For me its part time

 

I take my one & only directory very seriously. It is a full time job for me and I consider it as a business.
