    A brandable made-up name ready for action.

    The site is custom coded.

    Users can see on the main page random fonts. They can also see live statistics on this main page.

    Users can also browse by letters.

    Every font has the preview showing the site's name on the image.

    Javascript is also used to order to display/hide html and bbulletin codes that allow users to link back to a font file on the site.

    mod_rewrite for friendly urls such as http://www.fonties[.]com/preview/329/ for the previews, http://www.fonties[.]com/getfile/329/ for the downloads,
    browse by letters http://www[.]fonties.com/name/A/ and inner pages http://www.fonties[.]com/name/A/10/

    The site's layout is also custom.

    The font package used is freely available through palsys.ca's subsite dldb.org

    I usually announce an ending big very close to when the reserve is hit. :)

    Yes they are auto generated. this is part of the script i wrote.
    I also made the script try different font sizes to determine what is the best fit inside the preview image, as well as the largest fit, depending on the font.
