    Hey all,

I was wondering if it were possible to enable Flash and Graphic or Picture Sigs as a test, I'm sure it would add yet another colorful element to the forum.

    What are everyone's thought?

That's most definitely not something that's even up for debate/vote. Not going to happen. :)

I think images/graphics in signatures are annoying as hell, but that's just me:)

    Edit: Thank you Shawn!

wow, that would just be horrible... we already have people spamming their sig all over the place with huge fonts and red colors... give them the option to use a banner and this will turn into a circus

I second that! I've been to some of the photoshop forums and they are so terrible with all those annoying, huge honkin' graphic signatures.

    Another seconder.

Having text link is good enough. I don't need to see Crazy Rob change his signature to - My T-shirt of the Day or Nintendo came out with pictures of Farting Bouncing Smile with Flash.

No picture .. no picture ...

First off you can't second something after it's already been seconded. Then you're just thirding it and fourthing it and I don't even know if those are real words.

Secondly, I hate that flashing crap. If you want more color on the forum I can do commentary if it's really that needed.

I just want to end by saying I second that we don't have those even though you already said you won't. I just didn't want you, Shawn, to wake up in the middle of the night and think "Did I make the right choice. Was I too quick. I wonder if enough people, seconded that choice."

    Sleep well tonight Shawn.

    Okay. I'll second it too.

I use an accelerator (like the Google one that is apparently just way too good for me to even see) and one of the side benefits is that it "optimizes" graphics - and has the effect of freezing animated gifs unless I specifically say "no show me this one". Mercifully, I no longer have to see Nintendo's bouncing smilies all over the screen.
