ok, ignoring everything else.... why would someone sign up to your site to have a watch list on ebay rather than the watch list on ebay?

There is nothing on your site to tell me why I should use your service over ebays own and given it is an ebay service most are going to use ebays without even thinking to look at others

PS. your search script doesnt work

I fully agree with the above.

I will add that you can not use the EBAY name in your URL or site without permission.

Ok, I can see your point ... But ...
I tell you how I plan to use this site...

The site is setup to run 100% maintenance free by it self!

For every search/search word done, new pages are automatically
created. Once a day the sitemap file is recreated to reflect
new pages added and Google automatically pinged via cron job.

I will drive traffic to the site and hopefully people will do searches
so new pages will be created. This is how the site will grow by it self!

Hopefully Google will pick up the pages and index them so I will get
    traffic back from there also.

Revenue will be made via Adsense, HostGator and eBay commision/signups.
Maybe I add Amazon also later, we'll see...

I might not make soo much from eBay but hopefully I'll do some on
    Adsense and HostGator,com ...

The site have potens to get many, many thousands pages by it self in
    a short time.

I will use it as an alternative for my Article sites that has done quite well
on adsense. Too many article sites around now, so I'm trying something new!

Ooh, I fixed the search error! Forgot to upload a file :p

I will also change domain name tomorrow when I got a new registered ...
Didn't think about the eBay word thing

I think the above points are valid too - it does seem like a tool which already exists within the Ebay site itself. There's nothing to stop you trying to produce something to benefit Ebayers though, but I do also get the feeling that the site may be there purely to generate advertising revenue (That's some fairly prominent ad placing you have there!)

Of course the site is made for generating advertising revenue
at the same time as it is an alternative tool for eBay users ... :)

It looks very much like a spam site to be honest with you. Too many adverts and the actual layout of the ebay listings seem... ugly.

    That's actually just a template thing ...
I run this template now while testing the system...
I know it's overloaded with ads, but that is also a test :)

Soon I will have several templates rotating so I can see
which one works best and generate most clicks ...

I will have templates from this one that is overloaded
with ads to one that is very, very clean and several in
    between ...

So far it looks like it's working! I get more and more
searches and more and more pages are created...
My new site is growing slowly and nice already!

Then I will remove the other domain ...

Being that ebay already has this option, a possible attraction to your site could be to track different sites rather than just ebay. And so people looking for a certain object could come to your site to look at many different sellers and find the best deals. Which you could make a feature to automatically find the best deals for them.
