I haven't had a chance to do anything with it in over a month, but it was in the top 2 and 3 of Yahoo MSN and Google for months. PR 5

How much should I look to get?

without knowing traffic or revenue I'd start at low xxx based on pr and search engine results.

would expect to see it sell in the low to mid xxx's

How did you get a PR 5 with hardly any content and 200 links?

Lots of traffic and some good backlinks. I did not spend a cent on advertising. The site is a little deceiving, as main content articles are hidden in the archives.

I think that you could get low xxxx for this. Strong pagerank and content as justification.

Not at all. Dpoint is full of webmasters looking for a deal. I have always found sitepoint as the place to go to get a reasonable price for a high quality site. Low quality sites selling for low money go here quickly and can be sold on dpoint.

It's true. Most of the webmasters in buy and sell don't know what things cost outside of an MFA site, and either don't know what domains and sites are really going for, or don't have the funds to purchase so they will downplay your offering.
There are buyers lurking, and observing, and I have made some good deals here, but never from the participants of any posts, it's always been via email, or PM contact.
IT has to be a $20 domain, with 2000 backlinks and a PR of 7 to get rise over there.
You could literally post Cars.com over there, and somebody would tell you it's not worth $1000,and shoot you an offer for $10.

It's a constant swap meet of the same kind of crappy $10 and $20 domains back and forth.

There are exceptions, or else I would post there:)
We used to bet that I could post a domain, way under value, and no one would notice. And it was true.
Unless it say's $xx, people walk right by it.
