    I just watched the movie transformer and never expect the greatness of the movie.. its totally great movie and effects.. the robots looks like very real.. all detailed..

    Let me know what do you think about this movie. i will rate this 9 out of 10 :)

    loved it! :D i highly recommend it to everybody... i even made my own movie review of the transformers (it is on my Blog) its a 10 over 10 movie... i don't mind watching it again! and i will!!! :D

    You people are totally blind because of the effects! That's not what makes a movie. What about the acting, the script and the directing. This movie is worth no more than 6/10. The only reason I gave it 6 out of 10 is because I was entertained but that's practically the only reason. What about the good old movies? Have people completely forgot about them? Will people forget such movies as this one in 20 years? Probably. Hollywood only cares about money these days and there are only a few directors today who are passionate about making movies.
    I suggest that people should watch some good ol' classic movies. I can suggest "12 Angry Men" "North by Northwest" and Psycho. Very good movies and I'm sure you will be blown away. Great acting and great drama. The scripts are great and the suspension is breathtaking.
    I still watch a lot of movies made today but I only enjoy 20% of them.

    This movie was a classic example of effects being used to compensate for the total lack of a well written and well acted story. Notice how the action scenes were 10x more padded out in this one than in the previous?

    I read a review that blamed the writers strike for the poor plot...

    Meh, I guess we'll never know.
