Very weird SERP issue for me the past 3 days, never seen this before.

So maybe this is only new to me, but I have never come across this before.
The past two days, all my main keywords have been dropping like flies. I'm used to the random keyword or two dropping for a week or two then coming back, but this time it's different.

Now all of my main keywords are dropping, this has never happen before. For the past two years we have held top 10 results. The keywords range from 5,000,000 results to 50,000,000 results.

So anyway, now all the sudden my keywords are back on page 2,3 and even further back.
The weird thing is that I have more than one result. Instead of the usual supplemental results, I have this for example:

Page #2 for "my keyword" and the main www.domain.com will show up with no supplemental results like it used to.

Then, maybe on page #5 or #6 I will have another spot in the serps for say www.domain.com/blah.html and again with no supplemental results under it.

So my question is, first of all why did I drop? Second of all, why have they removed my supplemental listing and replaced it with a separate result?
I don't even know if my question is going to make sense to anyone =\

Your SERP's ranking might have drop because your competitor has done some more seo and has taken the first place. As far as it regards the supplemental results, you should be happy because it has been removed, means that your pages are informative and useful for many other users (which would mean you have received a inbound links on those pages, or you have done a inside optimization for your site and have removed the duplicate content inside your site).

I have a major real estate network of 20 web sites. Google traffic fell by 2/3 - 3/4, its been over a week now.

On Yahoo they are still holding their excellent rankings (#1-#3, and they were ranking always on 1st page on Google for relevant and popular keywords).

All i can say is that it sucks. I'm sad but fatalist.

My competitors don't have to do SEO actually. They are all huge public companies with millions upon millions of revenue per year. It's actually kind of funny to see the SERPs for my keywords.
You will see all these nationally known companies, then our little 2 person company in the mix with them.

I'm seeing some major drops too but I don't worry about it too much unless my site stays there for about two weeks

If you are noticing changes in your rankings you should search for "Update Buffy - June 2007" there is some interesting information on recent Google changes.

I used to have 1xxx results when i search my result on google, and now i'm getting 5xx my guess is google erased some of those duplicated datas and your ranking drops accordingly because you have less "unique" reuslts than your competitors.
