    A group of developers and I created this site with our custom script. Previously to this site we had created a site called http://kingshady.com , which lately has been growing rapidly, so we decided to focus on that and sell this site.

    yes it comes with a unique script that we have created...

    Also this script comes with help desk and webmail installed

    and we are setting up a proxy for it as well :)

    no it has not been used on any prior site and the owner of this will receive full rights to the script and it will not be used on any other site unless you decide to use it on another site.
