well, you never know when google update their page rank.
i bought a domain just before 5 days google update pagerank last time.
and i got PR3, i was surprised with only 1 link i got pr3.

At the end of June or possibly by July 15, you will see the newest PR upate for the Google Toolbar. According to SEO estimates, the date is the 21st of July.

 

yes it's good to buy links, especially if this links are from a high pagerank websites , this will help search engine robots to crawl your website many times

Definitely go for it. Whatever, you're going to do, you want to do it soon and as has already been said links are good even if they don't end up affecting your PR. Between the last PR update and now my traffic has steadily increased, so it wasn't completely dependent on the sites PR. But, I would guess you still have a little time.

Links will be counted. But I highly doubt if their result will be reflected if next PR export happens within ~30 days. Its what I have experienced.

 

You might be slightly late (since none exactly knows when the snapshots are been made) if you are buying text link to raise PR of your site, but anyway buying links will definitively help your site on the SERPs if not on PR. Just give it a go.

Guys, one of my blogs was indexed twice for 3 weeks... May be there is another rule of indexing, not only time?

 

I think your too late, snapshot has prob been taken recently.

 

It's because that June has just ended. I remember the same thing in the beginning of this June for the May part of that chart.

There is probably a some time left before PR snapshot because during the snapshot, the number of backlink for each site is refreshed....

 

I think you have time I can get sites up and a week later PR updates and I still get PR3 so you should be able to get a site PR? buying links

 

Buying links for PR is a mugs game!

If the reason you are buying the links is purely for Pr then you need to think long-term (6months +) If you don't buy for the long term then your site might get a high PR this time and then drop off next time, after you drop the link.

We would all be stipid to assume that if you buy a high PR link for a month or so, then let it drop, and pick up another high PR link in a couple more months that G is not tracking this and potentially de-valuing any high PR links to your site in the future.

Forget short tem "fixes" and build your site that gain natural links from Authority sites and with a bit of luck your site might be an authority site within a few years.

If your site has great CONTENT, and provides a great USER EXPERIENCE, then you are LAUGHING!

Why? Because you'll get lots of natural backlinks...for free!

If not, then you'll struggle, because The Big G employ the best coders in the world, and they know when you're trying to circumvent the system by buying links to improve PR (I'm not clever enough to know how they know, but take my word...)

I know that sounds far fetched, but the strategies that worked in 2005 don't work today. Google are getting smarter, and so should we.
