    3 days! - after the auction has ended!
    It states if the original owner does not claim it back in 3 days its yours..
    If the original owner claims it back you get a refund
    If he doesnt (98%) your godaddy account will get credited

    Ideally, one could sort the listings by domain age, so it would be preferable to display it on the main grid I would think.

    Noted.. I'm an admitted neophyte when it comes to the professional domain name business. I didn't know that it was a primary consideration (I always assumed it was a secondary concern after length, pr, back links, dictionary word, etc..)

    I will look into it's impact on my resources on collecting it for all 20,000 new domains that get rolled in every day...

    If it gets added as a column, It may be an optional column to keep the screen from getting too cluttered for the casual domain name browser.

    I'd like to thank everyone for their input.. The site is evolving because of it.

    Hello Jason,

    I really like dopedomains.com, all the functionality, ajax etc. I have 2 questions. First is, when are you going to open registrations? When I click on Register at top right, it says "coming soon", but in the list I can see one "hidden my member" statement which means some person/people has/have already signed up. Also, how often do you update the list? Now since this thread was opened, I see the same list whenever I check the site.

    Yes the registration bit is being tested by me... We are developing a Members only section that see's the data real time. The members will get choose which domains they want to purchase first and then hide them from the public website. We are trying to reduce it to 4 hours so it still adds value in "non members" visiting the site.

    The unique selling point behind the whole site is that you can filter through publicly displayed Dropped domains and work out which ones are worth buying and which ones are not.

    A lot of domainers are using this tool for there own use. Now we want to open up to forums like DP.

    filter for questionable pr's, redirected, none, or otherwise would be great!

    oh btw although godaddy told me 2 weeks to 30 days, it does only take 3 days to show up in domain management!!
