    I don't know if those PR for those sites are fake or not (judging by the limited amount of inbound links, maybe they are) but that tool doesn't seem accurate.

    I've tried searching for different legitimate sites and it says they are all forged. I can't trust it.

    All those fake pagerank tools arent credible and never were. They dont look at everything that is needed like is the backlink still there. The only way to do it is still the old fashion manual way.
