    and found
    0 Impression but 1 Click (with a little cents) ?????

    What's this can be happen , or adsense server confused ?

    Or perhaps your site was in someone's cache, or was visited whenever the stats changeover happened (so the impression was on yesterday's stats, the click on today's).
