Ew, I'm so pissed. Fuck eBay n00bs. I won an auction like 2 days ago. Seller has nagged me to pay...I haven't had the time. eBay policy gives winning bidder 7 days to pay. I told seller today I'm waiting for funds to get in my PP account, seller turns around and says "Well I just sold it to someone else". I'm like what the fuck, I'm about to leave you a negative feedback you dick, eBay's policy gives winning bidder 7 days. Fucking eBay n00bs.
yeah thats happened to me 2 times , one guy sold to second highest bidder after 1 day , second one after 3 days , i would have understood if they had actually stated in there auction that they wanted payment straight away but they had not , and like you say you do have 7 days to pay. just neg feedback them thats all i did m8ty.
Problem is that eBay is overrun with morons. I always state three days in my auctions and if I hear from the buyer and they have to wait for funds, I always wait. The ones like you are talking about just give the whole system a bad name. I hope you can find a similar deal! The last thing I purchased was three software CDs which I got for a super deal and the moron shipped them in an envelope with no protection and they all three broke. I got refunded but never could find another deal like it. Bad rate him, nothing much else you can do except file a complaint with eBay, they may flag his account and the next complaint, he will be banned.
Solution to da OP: Just do ebay when you can pay right after you click that buy it now button!! Remember, 98.6% of da humanoids on this planet are total n00bies!!!
Yep, it's really irritating when the seller keeps bugging you for payment. Seriously, where's the patience? Although, I usually always BIN items that are in my country, so I can pay right away with PayPal.
I had some n00b get really angry because I hadn't sent him the money. First he doesn't have paypal, which is a pain in itself. Second he was expecting me to direct deposit on a weekend! I finally did it on the Monday though he still had a nice bitch about how slow I was to pay. Some people lol...

Avoid eBay and other auction sites is healthier in the long run. Save money and get what you want from reputable and established online stores.
I just owned that guy.. Gave him 2 negatives after he gave me 2 neutrals and brought his feedback to 66.7%. Won't see him doing business anymore.

Yep. eBay life is difficult. Being a seller is maddening with so many newbies deciding not to pay, asking for discounts, etc. Everyone is giving everyone else a bad name and no one trusts each other. Makes it hard for the ones trying to do legit biz on eBay. Big sigh... Ty

I used to sell on ebay a lot...but between the fees, the declining sell through rate and the problems in general it isn't worth it anymore. I used to buy phone cards on ebay now I buy them from Costco.
