refund period of 7 days is a joke..when his equipment is used, unreliable or prehistoric.

I've sent an email days ago, no response, why is there no contact method on webberco? Additionally, my sites are very slow, webmail is slow, cpanel is slow and errors out.

 

I've been trying to get a backup for an hour now via cpanel, it just constantly says "loading". This is ridiculous! I am moving my sites! Pathetic how SLOW cpanel is and that it's now been loading for an hour, I have yet to even receive the option to save the backup so it can start downloading! And real nice that no one responds to email or this thread!

 

Face it people, he aint going to answer!
He aint going to refund!

He instead is creating sales threads and selling all kinds of stuff.

Now, if he won't take care of business here, and take care of all of you that want a refund, etc.
What makes you think he will be honest in his selling?

 

A couple of interesting footnotes to this thread...

1. Some people obviously didn't read the thread as they posted "PM me the details" type posts a few pages AFTER people started getting pissed off that the OP left them high and dry.
2. One poster openly wants to "do unto others as they had done unto them". This poster is actually trying to sell their hosting plan to some other poor unsuspecting soul, thereby cutting their own losses and saddling the potential buyer with their current mess. Nice!

Well my account can sit and rot, I'd not wish it on anyone, the extreme sluggishness literally gave me headaches from trying to backup several times.

Dont buy Hosting from this guy.. it sucks... his support sucks and he wont respond to your problems... all he wants is money and not customer satisfaction.... he promised me a cash back after 60 days and now it became some 5 months or so and he is not refunding money... his explanation is that he dont have even $50 in his paypal.. Am going to report this to PayPal... So if anyone needs hosting buy from a reputed company...

 

Wish you luck with Paypal Minterest, althought I wouldn't hold out much luck. Possibly the only company with poorer communication than Bizoppz.

I'm still waiting for my money back too, also over 5 months now.

Definitely not the kind of treatment I'd expect from a company with an "overabundance of resources" as he stated in the first post.

 

I'm sure it was just a sales pitch, how can partners go out and buy "separate resources" with out communicating.

 

This is incredible.... How many hostings have been sold Bizoppz? How much money did you make? And how many people have been left stranded?

If you cant keep up a service, let people know. And I'm sure 90% of us would be happier, but now without service and without files this is crazy! Please give me a backup of my files, and perhaps answer PMs or emails! I have been THREE WEEKS without my site!

 

This guy bizopps, resellerstores, webberco or whatever his name is is incredible.
I bought a resellerstore in february and have still not got the updates he/they promised. I paid $200 and claimed it back but I have not seen any money.
I contacted PayPal but they couldnt do anything after 60 days. Eventually they could reopen the case if anyone else did a claim.

Is there anyone???

Well when you go for cheap web hosting this is wot happens, Coz there's always a hole in cheap products, and pls learn that when you buy hosting always look for the quality and reliability. If someone is selling you tons of hosting for few bucks per year, then be aware coz you may end up with a web sever which is abt to die soon. And when that happens all your hard work and everything else will go down in the drain.

When you buy hosting, Dnt think of the price that much just check the sever specification and the quality and the reliability of both web sever and web hosting service provider.

Still you can find lot of dirt cheap web hosting offers on this forum, today i came a across a new guy offering xxxxGB space with xxxxGB transfer for juts few bucks for entire year, and when i check this guys web site it looks more like a fly by nite web site which he has set up to get rid off some poor quality web severs. So Dont fall for the price, after all you will get what u pay for.

August the 15th I got a mail from Webberco / Bizopps that said they had changed mail address to. They asked me to send a mail so they could answer me but today the 18th I have still aint got any comments from them. As usual - this was the first sign of life from them for over a month but as usual there is only promises that they dont keep. The only thing that can satisfie me now is that they give me my 200 dollars back since I cant use the store I bought from them. Jeeses... it's SEVEN months now since I bought it

I will continue my conversation with PayPal to look into this but they need more people to complain about Webberco's service or they will not reopen the case.
