It looks good. What script did you use to make this site? I see these ebay sites all the time yet I never know what they use to make them. As far as your layout, I have some suggestions. 1) The header is weak. Either style the font better or get a logo done. 2) The adsense is ok on the side but I dont like the one in the main section. Center it first, and if it still doesnt flow good I would say replace it with some other type of adsense ad.

Nice looking site. - I would fix the header, maybe use an image instead of the text (which is currently no styled and probably would not offer any extra SEO). There's too much white space at the top left, where most people look first. - Also the right side needs to have padding:left so it is in line with the Women's fragance - the title box above and the adsense block below. - Also in the picture i think you have mispelled "women's fragrances" as 'women's fragrancs'

Maybe you can find a shorter way of saying: Discount Fragrances, Perfume, Cologne & Designer Fragrances. Women's & Men's. Maybe... Discount Women's & Men's Designer Fragrances, Perfume and Cologne. I'd try out a web 2.0 logo... in sky blue or something that matches your layout
What i meant by padding, was the heading on the right: 'Discount Fragrances, Perfume, Cologne & Designer Fragrances. Women's & Men's', would look better in line with the grey border of the picture below it. Also the google ads under the image, could be in line with the drawing to, instead of right up against the left column.
Looks very nice; your "baby blue" layout suits perfectly your purpose: selling parfumes and such. Only thing that I would change is, not have text in the header, but a real logo! Ask your designer whether or not (s?)he can design something for it. The header image gives the whole site a dynamic view, so very nice! Just very professional, keen design. Keep it up, and luck with your sales!
