Aviva Directory does not respond!

Discussion in 'Directories' started by venetsian, Jun 22, 2007.

Sorry to bother you, but I've submitted one listing this Tuesday, paid and everything, but I still haven't heard from Aviva about my listing. I tried contacting them with the contact form yesterday but still no response ...

Can anyone help me find a phone or something to try to get them? I want to know if they are going to put my listing or what ?

    Thanks,

    Venetsian.

Jeff's not been so well recently and he probably hasn't been able to respond. Rest assured it will get sorted out for you.

Don't worry, when it comes to Aviva and other great directories you will always get what you paid for :)
Wait for a couple of days more and Jeff will sort it out for you

    Lol:D-- am I seeing this right?

It takes some time for both Aviva and Alive editors to review sites. Give Aviva editors some time. Will Ya!

If you need 10 mins review time -- submit to the PR 6 directory in my siggy - I am waiting to review your site --either way --Approve or Reject:D

Sometimes it can take a little longer to review sites, such as a surge of submissions that bringe higher than normal work-load. Since you just contacted yesterday, definitely give some time. I am confident that you will hear back soon, and your listing will also be processed very shortly.

Actually I posted that thread because when I paid and hit "return to merchant website" it gave me error message "ID NOT FOUND" or something like that ... and this got me worried that they did not get the payment info ...

That's why I actually sent them email ... to see if there was a problem with that ....

    Thanks for your info ...

    Cheers,

    Venetsian.

@ Venetsian - Sorry for the delay. I've been ill and am a bit behind. Your listing should be reviewed over the weekend.

I am seeing that on a lot of directories. It seems to be a common issue. However, when it occurs, the listing always registers fine with the directory. It just doesn't have the information for displaying on the confirmation page for whatever reason.

Yes I suspect that's due to some changes in Paypal because we have the same issue (change of return parameters after successful sale) in most of my websites ......

I'm not sure why this happens, and I'm sure that paypal didn't say anything about doing changes ...

Same with me. Month ago had problem with my legs...
Now I don't hear on left ear and can't accept right links :D

Talkin' seriously: please all of us, just remind we're only humans.
Human can be ill, tired, sleeping, makin' love :) or flyin' to the moon (and back).
So it can always take some time to be back in business.
