Well I think it is all perfect except the banner. The Wii is cut off a bit and I can see individual pixels on Mario, DK and Rayman.

The design is great, but IMO you need more content and less ads. Once you have more posts on the mainpage you can distribute the ads more evenly. The way it is now looks a little spammy.

    Yea didn't notice that.

If I were you I would make it one ad per 3 articles.

Also if you want someone to write you %100 custom articles I can do it for 50C an article just to fill up your page with content.

Again, you need content... it looks like you threw up a template and asked for reviews...

You know, I seem to get that too sometimes. Then after a refresh, it goes back to normal.

    What could cause this?

The characters in the header look a bit pixelated, perhaps you should save the banner with a higher resolution.

Also the template looks OK, and isn't that WordPress that you're using?

    It's a good start.
I have the impression the header is saved at very low quality. I'ld save it at higher quality, if you still have a PSD (or whatever) file of it.

The site gives an empty impression indeed, but you can fix that quite quickly by giving larger descriptions.

See my attachment: don't look at the arrows, in fact that doesn't matter. The rectangular shows a zone which you maybe can give a light blue background-color. That makes it look a bit better.
I'ld also remove that blue block in beginning, as it doesn't suits this template ... or unless if you give the text after it also a light blue background color.

Also, change the hover color of "WiiStop" on the left to a darker blue :)

To make it complete, why don't add some more images (if possible, at least medium quality :) )? That makes the site a lot more attractive ;)

    That's it :)
Hope this helps. Keep it up!

"Your #1 Stop for Everything Wii" kind of runs into "WiiStop" on the right in Firefox 2.0.0.4.

well to be honest, it look pretty blank. its a blog script isn't it. i'm not sure if it'll do much good in the long run if u want a high traffic site. Maybe you should try a cms like joomla or something. however, i'll give u credit for the domain. u picked a gr8 name "wiistop". i love it. it's easy to remember and pretty short and to the point and it describes exactly what your site has on it. that is how every domain should be. take my advice and get a cms, you'll have a popular site in days, not months :)

Your idea is good, it's just my template sucks. Wordpress is a great CMS.

Look at www.wiids.co.uk - they're using Wordpress and there site is just as good as it would be if they were using something like Joomla.
