$300 a day is what you say you need... how big of a house do you live in?

    Because $300 a day is 9k a month 109.5k a year, move into a nice apartment I say,

$1500-$3000 a month for rent ( should include electricity for that price )
$500-$1000 for Insurance ( car and health )
$300-$750 for Food ( can be less if you buy real cheap food )
$150 a month for Phone, Cable, Internet
$500 for Utilities ( water, gas, electricity )

So your gonna do pretty good at $300 a day... something like $3000-$5000 extra in case of emergencies and to pay for your hosting and stuff and the rest can be put in the bank! Save up for Taxes!

Don't put all your eggs in one basket.. the smart people diversify.

Quitting your job is one thing, but make sure you have more than just adsense to carry you thru.. it could fail or you could be banned at any time from circumstances beyond your control.

Meanwhile, congrats! Wish I could say I was doing that well with my adsense!

Get yourself a part-time job and invest in making new sites and improving your old ones.

Tough decision... it would all depend if you could handle a few potential rough months, and if you can get a new good job in case you change your mind...

I'm working online fulltime for 18 months now, and it's ok, but I don't have too much expenses.

If you can do both I would suggest you keep your job. Who knows what the future might bring and it's best to have multiple sources of income.

It depends, if i got a salary of $500 per month, i'd definitely quit and make more sites! Save money then start a business!

Sorry it has been so long. After reading all your responses and talking with my family I decided to keep my job. This has been good for a steady income but bad for my adsense sites. I am currently looking for part time work so I can get out of the full time gig.

I have still not touched my adsense sites and the money has gone down a bit. I am now doing about 65 dollars a day with less than 10 website. I plan to add some new content and change some tags this weekend so hopefully things will pick up a bit.

I really think the success of my sites have been that I found an uncompetitive niche with ok priced ads.

I have been reading a lot about selling my sites so I am thinking about that.

Thanks again for all your help.

the world is full of what if's. What if you had quit your job 6 months ago and concentrated on your websites full time. Maybe it could have all went pete tong but then again you could now be making 3000 a day. If you don't take make the bet you aint ever going to win.
That said it has to be your choice and your choice alone.

Try to use what you've earned from Adsense into a good business where you could double or even triple your income. Try some alternatives to earn more.

Id say cut your hours down a bit in your current job if that's allowed by the company. Then focus your energy on other projects for more mail box money

It is not good just to depend on one stream of income. It is better for you to keep your job in order to ensure that you have more than one stream of income. If google was suppose to disable your adsense account for whatever reason (which has happened to a lot of people) then you would not have that income anymore.
