    This isn't a scam. Jumpline.com is operating since 1997 and host 20,000+ sites. This is just a way of allowing people to test drive their services.
    If you like them, great. If not, you can cancel your account and move your sites at any time.

    On the subscription menu, you will be asked for a credit card, to avoid the same person signing for multiple accounts. But you will not be billed for your free 12 months of webhosting.

    I'm not from the US, so I wouldn't promote something not available for non-US people. Please tell me if you have any problems, but I think you will be fine.

    As for proxies, they don't allow them...

    I saw the Billing ZIP Code and just assumed it was for US residents.

    You can insert your local zip code. The country lists drop down box has all countries, so this seem to be open to everyone with a CC (Electrons aren't usually accepted in most sites... I guess they are only famous here in Europe)

    • The VDS (very similar to VPS) takes getting used to...
    • ...not as simple as cPanel
