Time spent acquiring knowledge on DP?

How much time do you spend learning on DP?

How much time do you spend fooling around in the general chat section on DP?

How much time altogether do you spend each day on DP?

I think I spend probably about 2-3 hours daily. I always have DP open in my tabs. :D

    Far too long!

I don't post very much at all but I read for many, many hours a day on here, trying to learn as much as I can.

At least your spending time wisely, not spending your time acquiring pleasure here :D

I very rarely go into the general chat section, i usually spend my time looking at the spy and then if i see an interesting thread i go and take a look at it. and i usually spend around 4 hours a day on here, and i just have it open in just about all my tabs.

EDIT: how fitting my 444th post is number 4 on the thread.

Wasting time - 60% of time on DP.
    Actually learning - 40%.

A few minutes, in and out throughout the day. I don't live here. I haven't learned much and I feel that I'm "teaching" more than "learning."

Not much time, it is rather lame.

A few minutes at the most. Max, maybe 30 minutes.

Wow, I think I'm going to hire people and pay them to spend 2-3 hours on my board.

Hey, I have barely anything else to do. Seldom is it that I come here not out of boredom.

I spend a couple of hours a day reading forums here and elsewhere. I tend to read a heck of a lot more than I post though. I don't like to give a lot of one line answers, like I see so many others doing. So you could say that I'm a professional lurker.

I've implemented quite a few strategies that I've learned here and on some of the other forums that I visit. Besides, if I spent all my time replying to posts, I'd never get anything accomplished.

Laff. I read a heck of a lot, and I post a heck of a lot. I like to be moderate in both.

Besides, I get things accomplished. ;)

Oh forgive me dunnaway, I probably have not made as many achievements as you, the only thing I accomplished is having 1,143 more posts than you. Just kidding.

on average doing research on DB I probably spend around 2.5 - 3.0 hours a day. Chatting with the other members about affiliates issues and other SEO related stuff probably 4 hours a day not counting the time I spend researching. Just goofing around maybe 30 minutes a week. Overall I spend around 7-10 hours per day on DB.

Lately, about 2-3 hours a night. It's just too darn addictive. I love you, Digital Pointers!

LOL, my time is very limited, due to job, wife, kid, life, etc. I have to spend as much time as I possibly can, when I can, focusing on the task at hand if I expect to get anything done. It's one of the reasons that I read a lot more than post.

    As for low post count...Like I said...I'm a professional lurker. :D

i usually spend about 15+ hours on dp! my favorite sections are directories and most of my time i spend there learning methods to make a better web directory!

anyways, seo etc i learn every day, even now i have several seo tabs opened, but then i don't really post too much in the search engine optimization sections, i usually just read those threads!

Lol wife and kids, looks like you got the real deal.

15+ hours? What else do you do in the day? Isn't that unhealthy?

I gained a lot of my knowledge from DP but I know now that there are better places to look for information if you pay a little.
