What does Search Engine Optimization include?

What is a work of Search Engine Optimist? I am new on net and I want to be a Search Engine Optimist. So what a Optimist can do?

 

They have unrealistically high expectations of how valuable their websites are.

As opposed to a search engine pessimist.

Anyways, I assume ya mean a Search Engine Optimizer? I suppose it is pretty simple... you learn SEO and then supply SEO services to those whom don't wish to do it themselves.

So.... learn some SEO

It depends on the level of service. Most 'basic' SEOs will include keyword research and page optimisation, but any fool can do this, and most people can do this themselves given little reaserach.

Where most SEOs earn their money is in link development, linkbaiting, traffic analysis and page conversion techniques.

 

If you are posting on a forum asking how you can be a SEO then I really hope you spend a couple of years learning before you charge people for your services.

 

Maybe you could market yourself as a serach engine 'optimist' and you can 'hope' for rankings

Most SEO books are written by well meaning opportunists. This one is absolutely not going to get you anywhere.

I feel there are many levels to seo work. Alot of people on this site do seo work through articles and so on. But if you are running a company tons of articles and so on might not work so it may include back linking and so on!

 

Optimize websites for search engines. You make it index, rank it high, and build traffic from search engines. You need to know how to manage your keywords and how to make it rank higher than other sites.

 

True, the worrying thng is the number of people setting themselves up as "SEOs" that can't either!
