I am interested in the offer but want to know especially from any of you buying submissions a few things.

When I have done manual submissions on my own I have run in to directories who offer free submission but then on top of that offer a better position or better looking listening for a price or various prices. I have also seen the same kind of offer being made here for various fees. What is the difference? Is one better than the other, if so how?

If I take this offer being made in this section of the forum should I go to the site that the seller has to his site or is there another way to buy. If there is another way to buy are the prices different than what is on the seller's site.
