Small Car Site

I have a small car site for sale.

Reason for selling:
Buying a new camera + lack of interest in anything to do with websites at the moment.

Site Info:
I haven't updated it in about 8 months but it is receiving about 400-500 uniques per day.

When I started the site, I marketed it (free by posting it on various car forums I frequent), and was seeing $10US/day.

Due to lack of interest and time, I'm selling it.

Ranks VERY well in Google for a lot of keywords.

PR:
PR2 or 3 IIRC? I'm not sure. Only a few links pointing to it, so excellent oppertunity to easily boost PR with some inbound links from other car sites & car directories.

Earnings:
To date, it has earnt over $310US since February. In Februrary it earnt $201US alone, with 2000 visitors. Now that Google has indexed it, and ranked it VERY WELL, this month will see over 12,000 unique visitors. Since February, I stopped marketing it, and concentrated back on my main site, www.ExoticCarSite.com

Accordingly, the updates stopped, and so too did the income.

Absolute TONNE of potential for a site with the keywords listed in the domain URL, RANKS VERY WELL with those keywords in Google and Google Images (see for yourself). Was making $200 month now its making about 10-20 lol.

I frequent a number of car forums that are online.

As a respected member of many forums, I posted some links to the site from these large very popular high visitor type car forums, and having been known for my high quality pictures I have access too, everyone knows I post worthy threads etc.

High volume car forum + link + sample images + same text + some fun comments = visitors = click happy = $$$

I have taken some AdSense print screens of the entire year to date showing earnings etc for those of you who are interested - Feel free to PM me requesting these details.
