Hey Yesterday I orderd a category showcase listing from sedo for one of my adult .in domains and the order for some reason failed but they still took the payment but i have no category listing and support hasn't responded yet, I e-mailed them about 24 hours ago now. ------ Dear sedo customer! Your payment has not been successful. Please login to your PayPal account to determine the cause of this failure! -------- thats the message i got after i clicked return to sedo, however i logged into my paypal account and found the payment had been taken, so how can i determine the cause of the failure. Anyone had problems like this before?
If you were charged for this service, email them the transaction id Give them 1-2 days before you email them again Sometimes they are not so fast
