I fucking specifically told you a few niches with ample searches and decent CPC's and everyone's give you a ton of useful advice.

Now piss off deaf ears. You don't deserve any help.

    A very wise approach.

But in that case, why not approach directly those crappy sites and offer them to place ads or create presell pages on your own site ? (rather than going through Google) May be you have tried already.

Dont just concentrate on high paying keywords.

There are other factors that determine your adsense success too.

    The important factors are..

    1. High paying keywords.
    2. Number of net users that will be interested in the subject.
    3. Number of net users that you can get to your site...depending on you SEO, marketing, spamming skills etc.
    4. Number of users that will actually click on your ads...depending on how bored they are, how well your ads are placed , how relevant the ads are , how good(/crap) your content is.

You may not think about point 4 right now, but it is necessary to think over 1,2,3 before you begin your work.

Most high paying words are very competitive . Many high paying words actually are related to subjects that only a few people are interested in.

Once again, thank you everyone for all your inputs and advices.

AS i said beofre, i was not interested in these high paying niches for me to build a website on the specific answers.

I have a business plan going on, and i just needed to know (from here too) what kind of advertisers pay more withing their adwords programme.

Now let me see to who i can give some rep's ;)

My experience is that usually high paying niches fall in two categories.

    1. They are something to do with the internet . If a business gets most of its cutomers via internet , you can expect high bids.

Examples would be web hosting , SEO, home based work, online dating sites etc.

    2. They involve high value transactions per conversion. Examples could be housing loans, credit cards, mesothelioma etc.

Here it is essential to understand that just because something is expensive doesnt mean advertisers will bid high for it. First there has to be enough competion to drive up the bids. Second the purchase decision maker should be there. (Internet is all about retailing - big deals are mostly limited to real world)

Somebody was asking why Oil Rig related equipment ads are not high paying. The answer is - there isnt enough competion. Second such heavy equipment and machinery is purchased after a collective decision of an entire team and such decisions are not influenced by internet ads.

I find profitable niches by cross referencing several things 1.The keyword bid value (BV) 2.The number of searches for that keyword per month 3. The known number of the advertisers for that keyword using a sandbox tool for all google hubs. The last thing I do is group the keywords into related groups and figure out group totals to find the best overall keyword group opportunity! I know this sounds time consuming and it is but it's worth it ;). I presently promote a highly sorted list of the top 2,000 keywords and I have made a special free barter offer to DP members

I guess I was referring to starting new sites or new sections on established sites.

I don't usually agressively go after advertisers but I do include a page on most of my sites where I (presell) offer advertising directly. I just leave it up to them to find me and it's working out quite well that way.

I've often thought of hiring an ad sales person, but once commissions are paid and whatnot, the CPM is about the same as what I'd make from AdSense so I don't bother with the extra work. When my traffic levels increase though, I'll be looking into it more.

With all due respect, I think you are offering your ebook for trade of a PR4 link. I don't see that as free. Or did I miss something?
