I would like to ask some of the more experienced Adsense members here, what are the most profitable (as click revenue) niches you own.

I am not asking for opinions, but pure facts, from owned websites, of it's possible.

I already own tons of information, in my head, as well as experience, and all i need now is just some feedback from some members here at DP.

I know some of you are reticent about telling this info, but please "go around the corner now", and tell me the average click revenue for some niches, you already own websites in. If possible, please also mention clicks and page impressions.

Is this possible friends ? :)

No. It is against TOS. People can tell you their income but not CTR or anything else. I'm sure you know that already and it is not a good thing to encourage those that don't know that to spill the beans in a public forum.

i dont think this is possible. ;). people spend time (sometimes months) and money (losing all those dollars in content writing, link building, and finally getting 0.01 dollar per click) researching those niches, and when finally they get it, y wud they share it with someone which will only help to add a competitor. this question was asked here so many times, with not much of any answer.

but personally i feel (just a feeling) those keywords which show ads in to third or fourth page or google result for ur keyword search will pay more, coz the competition is higher.

hmm, I think you'll find people are more than reticent about telling you thier niches.
The whole idea when it comes to a niche is that it pays well and doesn't have too many other good sites (or people who know how to promote sites). People simply won't give that information away.

I was thinking this (that people would avoid this subject).

In my head, i just wanted to see what advertisers are paying more. It's a business plan of mine, and it's nowhere related to adsense, or websites at all.

But ... i guess if noone would actually give up such info ... I will do this. Once i get some info from my niches.

I would do this gladly, without holding info back. :)

There are many high-paying topics, but they are either very competitive or few people have the knowledge to build the websites.

If all you want is the highest-paying advertisers, just check out the Overture bid tool (whatever the heck it's called). It gives you a pretty good idea of the high-paying keywords, but they're all in very competitive niches.

From my own experience, sites dealing with offline products like furniture, home decorating, construction techniques, appliances, hunting, camping motor-homes, etc. get double digit CTR and pay between .60 - 2.00 a click with the average at about 1.00

Here's a secret theory I have about adsense:

Adwords advertisers who purchase traffic in less tecchie niches for offline products and services tend to pay more per click to get more exposure for their ads. They're usually the people who are really crappy at copywriting or know nothing about SEO so they HAVE to spend a lot of money to get their sites to convert.

They still have that 'brick n' mortar business mentality' where they're used to single digit profit margins and low ROI

When those people advertise online with pay per click advertising, all we have to do is use our expertise to build info-rich sites that outrank and outshine theirs in terms of SEO and educating their potential customers, they pay the bucks to get the exposure on our sites (cause they're better) and we get a piece of the pie when someone clicks on the ads.

As for keyword research, I mainly use Google itself.

I start typing the names of high ticket offline products and do searches. In the ads that show up on the right of the SERPs I click to go to the advertisers sites. The crappier the sites, the lower the alexa rank, the less IBLs they have, etc. tells me they need help. It also tells me I could easily put up a few text rich & optimized pages that'll do well in SEs + they'll attract similar ads.

    Instant profitable adsense niche site.

Penis enlargement currently only offers limpy profits. That's an old niche now. Almost everything that you see on the SERPS has already been milked to death.
