The content area is pretty organized and the colors are neat. For the header, I think you need a re-design.. maybe something glossy (web 2.0 style) that'll give it a more modern look.

I recently changed the header image but might change it again soon...tbh I don't think it's the most important part of the site so I'm willing to wait awhile before changing the image. Thanks. Matt
I'd prefer the ads and headers should be the same color, like blue for both. Overall design a bit blocky.
Yeah, I think you need to re-design the header and make it of a better quality. You have very nice color scheme and the fonts aren't annoying. I'd make the top navigation links not underlined on hover though. Good luck!
I agree on the redesign of the header. The google ad under Cashback Websites and all the way at the bottom don't really blend in. Maybe try a different outside background instead of white? The rest of the colors look pretty nice.
My only thought is that I prefer websites that I don't have to scroll as much. There is so much content on the front page that I don't even want to read it because it would take too much time. Consider having a simple menu system to guide the visitors to where they want to go.
