Suppose I live in USA and I have a verified paypal account. I went India tour and I wanted to pay someone from paypal. And I login to my us paypal account from India. Will that be any problem? Will my account be banned? or something.

Yes, your account may get frozen until you verify that that is you who log in by submitting whatever documentations they require to verify that you are the account holder. Usually when I travel, I will contact Paypal and tell them I would be in whichever country and give them the time frame. They will usually add the remarks to prevent my account from being restricted.
I doubt that PayPal bans an account for logging in from another country. Usually they just limit the account and ask for verification documents (Which is a hassle). Just contact PayPal, explain the whole situation and save yourself from troubles.

Of course, you will need to wait for their reply before receiving it. This is not an automated reply because they need to reply them manually and update the information on your account. Give them about a week to get back to you.
Try to contact them through phone if you are in hurry. As you will get your reply fast through phone in compare to email reply. Don't do this before their permission if you really care about your paypal account
