    For sale is a brand new unique content site of 5000 handwritten words (11 articles). You can check for uniqueness at http://www.copyscape.com . The content will never be used or sold again, the buyer gets exclusive rights and can do with as they please.

    The site is brand new so there is no traffic or revenue to speak of.

    The site has been created using php includes so you can easily add content to the menu, footer of the site by editing just one file. Site has had basic SEO incorporated to help with search engine placement. I have linked to the site from my PR4 home page and that link will stay for at least 6 months.

    Domain is with GoDaddy for a free push to the buyers account (expires 06/08). If needed I can add your adsense ID and upload to your server for no additional cost so the site will be ready to go immediately.

    I think I may have made a mistake with the timezones, it will be ending in just under an hour 9:30pm GMT+1 (london)

    The post made by dpjd at 4:01 am EST said 1:30 PST which is 4:30 EST... he further backed this up with his post at 1:59pm EST when he said the auction ended in 2 hours, 30 minutes...

    Unless I'm missing something...

    Hey bud I made a genuine mistake. I wanted to end the auction at 9:30pm my time, that is the time I originally posted, someone else asked the end time in Pacific time and did a google search and posted the time I thought it was, obviously now I know I was wrong, I apologise for the mistake.

    Yes that was my mistake, I am sorry. Now I know that the time zone I am in is standard GMT, I could have sworn that I have seen it stated as plus 1 but I guess that was not right.
