I really want to do this. I am wondering how I can remove the forum name from the topics so that only the topic name appears in topics, but not the forum name. I know one way of doing this, but that removes the forum name completely so no forum name is, then, left on the index page (main page) of the forum. So how could I delete the forum name from the topics but not from the forum's main page? Any help is highly appreciated.

You can do that by removing the actual forum name variable from the template file. I can provide you step by step instructions if you want, but please post two relevant screenshots at first so I will know exactly what you want.
