    Listen guys, stop trying to kill this guys thread.. Did you not read he has a custom skin. For one, I charge 200+ for skins. Let alone his idea.. So cut him some slack and make him some serious offers.

    IMHO, if you buy a domain with PR > 0 and hook up a website to it, doesn't increase the value significantly. The reason being the PR is definitely linked to contents of the website. You remove the existing website with which the PR is associated with, & put in something new, you are basically invalidating what is indexed in Google.

    Just my two cents.

    You are obviously a very inexperienced webmaster. If you replace the content with content on the same subject it actually has very little impact.

    Anyway, I don't appreciate you putting your nose in my business. Shall I do the same to your sales threads in the future?
