    <meta name="keywords" content="unblock, unblock websites, unblock sites, tongue cancer, website redirect">
    <meta name="robots" content="ALL">
    <meta name="rating" content="General">
    <meta name="revisit-after" content="1 day">

    ARE YOU MISSING ANY? you have a lot there that have no value whatsoever....

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
    <meta name="description" content="Unblock websites with Website Redirect!"> -
    <meta name="keywords" content="unblock, unblock websites, unblock sites, tongue cancer, website redirect">
    <meta name="robots" content="ALL"> - not needed
    <meta name="rating" content="General"> - not needed
    <meta name="revisit-after" content="1 day"> - definately not needed
    <meta name="classification" content="Entertainment"> not needed
    <meta name="distribution" content="United States of America"> not needed
    <meta name="formatter" content="WebsiteRedirect.com, Inc"> did you make this up? I don't even know what this does?
    <meta name="Subject" content="Entertainment"> - what is the difference between classification and subject?
    <meta name="Date" content="2006-12-14"> - not needed, you can put this in your xml sitemap
    <meta name="Type" content="Service"> - WTF?
    <meta name="Identifier" content="http://www.WebsiteRedirect.com"> - not needed
    <meta name="Language" content="en-us"> - isn't this the same as the first meta tag?
    <meta name="Coverage" content="United States of America"> - WTF?
    <meta name="Rights" content="© 2007 WebsiteRedirect.com"> WTF?
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
    <meta name="Author" content="WebsiteRedirect.com"> - IMHO not needed but it gets a pass
    </head>

    seems to me like you copied other sites meta tags without even looking thinking....

    There are couple useful one's

    NOODP, so google doesn't show the Open Directory title and description in SERPS
    NOYDIR so yahoo doesn't show the Yahoo Directory title and description in SERPS

    Although it's generally believed that meta tags are no longer important -- not to mention a consensus that by now Google ignores them altogether -- I think you could come up with several more than the keyword ones you presently have.
    The idea behind meta keyword tags (the theory at least) is that your site is going to be found when someone types a relevant keyword or phrase into a search box. Given this, it can be argued that there's really no limit to how many you can use -- although most experts maintain that any search engine that takes notice of them probably goes no further than the first 256 characters.
    In any case, while I realize that your site is on the esoteric side, I'm tempted to think that neither your present meta description nor your meta keyword tags do it sufficient justice. As only one suggestion, how about "website browsing" (no quotes)? Or shouldn't there also be some mention/explanation of the word "proxy" (no quotes)?

    Delete all of those. They are useless.

    No. Use none of them. The only ones you need are:

    <title>..............</title>
    <meta name="description" content="................>
    <meta NAME="keywords" CONTENT=".............."> (ignored by most)
    <link REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="favicon.ico">
    <meta NAME="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" content="TRUE">
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOODP">
    <META NAME="msnbot" CONTENT="NOODP">
    <META NAME="Slurp" CONTENT="NOODP">

    See above.

    seo ranter has it right. :)

    <title>Title Here</title>
    <meta name="description" content="description here">
    <meta name="keywords" content="keywords here">

    That is all you need.
    Even then you could leave the keywords tag out but if you want to cleanup after the lesser search engines then include it. I usually go for them too because they can supply some decent traffic.
    In most cases the heading H1 tag is more important than your keywords tag!

    So... in which cases will the keywords meta weigh more?

    Raithe, while technically the people who told you that the rest of the metas were worthless are correct for all of the major search engines, they didn't really answer your question.

    You missed a couple:

    <meta name="resource-type" content="document">
    <meta name="copyright" content="copyright statement">

    You have 2 of the http-equiv ones... what those do is bind variable names to an HTTP header field, plus there is the special case of:

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=somepage.htm">

    Which causes the page to be refreshed with the new url after x amounts of seconds.

    If you want a very complete list, check out the META Rev and REL Dictionary. A little bit technical, but tons of info. :D

    They are right though, especially considering you posted this in the Google forum. Most of the metas won't actually do anything for you.

    This is a very bad way to do a redirect.

    If you must use meta refresh, ensure that the time parameter (highlighted above) is at least 10 (10 seconds) and have the page post a warning to human visitors that they are being redirected. Setting it to 0 may be interpreted as sneaky redirection.

    Plus I don't think Google is very fond of this type of redirect. I used in in the past and Google dropped the page from the index after a few months
