Can I sent money form non Paypal supported Country?

I am from a non paypal supported country ? Can i send money ?

or can use the paypal plus Dabit card in ATM booth?


I have access a US paypal account..

is that problem for my paypal account??

Why would you have access to a US PayPal account? Is that account yours or somebody else? That's problem if the account isnt yours..

No you can't send money to other PayPal users without having a PayPal account not even with a credit card (You must have a PayPal account to send/receive funds.Both credit card and non-credit card funds).

And if you from a non-supported paypal country (as you said) then accessing a US payPal is wrong unless you are from USA and are currently in another country. If so you will have to call paypal and tell them that you are out of USA for whatever reason and they will verify your doucments and then you will not have any problem with your account. Else your PayPal account (If you are not from USA) can be limited at any time.

Someone else using a US Paypal account in your country does not make it acceptable for you to cheat the Paypal system to use it. This will be a breach of contract.

Stop using the account before you dig a deeper hole for yourself and come back swearing and cursing when they limit your account and ask for documentation proof that you are from the US.

i would suggest get other means to send money to stay away from the problem

 

try to use western union instead of paypal. that would be better for you .

 

You can send paypal money via xoom. That's what we use.

well i am also frm a non paypal country..i can send money no issues..but recieving money is a problem....

and u cud also get a vcc to verify ure payment..and then i guess..u wil be able to send and recieve both..in greater denominations.

 

It's not that easy mate to use paypal from a non-paypal country, your account can get banned at any time. And once your account is limited you will have to lose all your money.

but then there are ppl here selling vcc's all along..saying it will work for all countries except US and UK etc..??

Let me put it this way. What do you understand from the term 'verification' ? To me, it means a process in which one would be able to determine if you are who you say you are, ie be verified.

Then ask yourself, when you purchase a VCC, is there any documentations that you need to submit to the VCC seller to determine your identity ? Most probably NOT, from what I see, all you need to do is to pay them using an anonymous service like E-Gold and you get a VCC.

So if you get the VCC without verification, how would using the VCC for the Paypal verification process actually mean anything apart from just circumventing the process.

I mean it is like using a fake passport to travel. Well, you may get through at times but there is no guarantee.

My advice is not to use it because when Paypal picks you for random verification, you be stuck with a limited account because you would not be able to provide a faxed copy of the credit card statement.

Banks do not just offer credit card without checking your identity and creditworthiness. Thus Paypal could rely on your bank verification process for the verification process.

Because of the use of VCC, it is difficult to determine who is trustworthy and who is not and IMHO, it is the use of VCC which causes the level of frauds and complains on Paypal.

 

Well put Edd. Most of the people don't understand that verifying using a VCC is just like hiding your identity and the real purpose of verification dies.

If you are not from a paypal supported country then all options for you would be against Paypal Terms and Conditions which in short is not the right thing to do. When they block your country, it does not mean that they allow you to 'cheat' their system.

You may get through it for a while but when they find you out, you be caught in time. Besides you will not have an option to cash out what you supposedly earned.

Basically your only option is find another provider which can support.
