what kind of traffic are you getting on it? First thing that came to my mind was www.Driving.Offenses.com , www.Criminal.Offenses.com you might want to promote it to lawyers they have deep pockets .
It is worth more than $200 in my opinion. But the trick is to find the right buyer. And to help that along, market it with creative ideas like Scott.symbiotic offered above. Good luck!
Purchasing it as part of a package deal with one other domain, and a big forum website. The website is what got me interested in the deal. This is just a bonus. Not aware of the current traffic numbers. For now, I'll probably prop up a page and point some PR at it. When it's a PR5 or PR6, then I'll look into developing it or selling.
Great Idea, you might also consider getting the Alexa rating up because alot of novice buyers use that as an indicator of value.
