Ok, we skipped a couple of months on this contest, but I think it would be great to start it again, and recognize some of the people that have worked hard, both through the nomination process and the contest itself. If you are a member of any webmaster forums, I hope you might let people know that we are starting the June contest now. Please read the rules carefully below. 1. The winner of the June 2007 contest must have a site that has done an exceptional job integrating additional content besides links. Examples of this would be good use of the new article feature in version 3.2.0 or intergration of a blog with the directory. Nominees must have one of these to be in the contest. 2. You may not make public comments about a nominee in this thread. If you feel there is a problem with a nominee's site, please contact me or a moderator. Do not post about it. 3. Once voting begins, no other sites can be added to the contest. We have not decides on the date, but please don't wait too long. 4. It is okay to nominate yourself. 5. It is not okay to offer any incentive such as payment to get someone to vote for you once the contest begins. Best wishes to everyone, and thank you for your participation. Sad how 99% of nominations are people who own the site, really sad, one rule should be to nominate a site you don't own.
Glad to see someone did nominate Global Internet Index though its running from many months and i guess never nominated
It is good to see people nominating each other, but at least once the voting starts, people will vote for each other. I've seen a couple of really awesome directories, and I hope this will be a good contest this month. We'll start the voting in just a few days, so please get your nominations in as soon as possible.
