What does grey PR toolbar mean?

    Ok, the empty one is still "PR" 0. And i guess if it is filled with grey, the PR is not assigned yet. It happens to new sites and pages. Am i right?

    Correct, and can also show up for old banned/penalized sites too.

    Hello,
    Yes you are correct, Google is giving gray bar to new sites or new pages. Maybe they must to change the banned color bar to red or something like that.

    Ok i am not starting a PR thread though :) or.. Yet :D And if i try to start it now, it will become the most popular one with 1k answers :D As a matter of a fact those threads give no useful information at all and we all know it!!

    I have a site that has a grey bar because it is only a couple weeks old but it is listed and ranks in Google.
