Domain name register next process

if i will register domain in my local hosting company after that what can they do? (i just give him money after that what can they do)

Once you give them the money just take the ID and password for the domain name control panel and then you can do whatever it is possible to do with a domain name.

 

If it's you local webhosting company why don't you ask them what to do next ?

It is nothing to do with ICANN. You can pay the money and take the domain name in your control.

After that just make sure that it is on your name by checking the WHOIS if you want to.

If you will worry about ICANN process the domain name would not get registered anytime soon.

Really I don't understand what you need.
1- Check if the domain is available
2- If yes, register it, if not, check another one.
3- If you register it, you need to pay for the domain.
4- If all is ok, from your control panel try to change the dns poiting to your hosting.
5- start dev your site.

My 2 cents, maybe this is that you are looking for, really I dont know..
