I have heard tht if you live in the usa,the only way to verify a paypal acount is with a Bank Account.............. is this true or false?????????????????
This is true. When I opened my account, they had to verify it as a business account by interacting with my bank account. They made a transaction of less than $2.00 and I had to then tell the system how much money it was to verify I had access to the account. This is because it is a two way system (you can both deposit and withdraw into that bank acccount) good luck!

u require bank account to be attached to ur paypal account after u have done then u have to do verification on phone so that they will come to known that this guy is legit . This process takes place with canadian paypal , american & uk according to me .
It is quite easy to set up European Business ID as well. I used to live in Bulgaria and I could`t verify my Paypal account. I have found registered agent in Ireland which set up a limited company for me, opened a business bank account and now I can use paypal processor. You don`t need to go to US to open bank account.
