I would have to say my dream would to own a large business (not sure which field but probably media related!) and have the funds to travel around the world for my job on a daily basis
I've been chasing dreams all my life. For now I would settle for no frills comfort. What a mess! and.. to seospider, yes, I wish for that, like you.
Ok, this is a kind of long term dream... because we don't yet have the money and it's going to take heaps! If I manage to accumulate many millions, I would buy a large area of land with a small lake or dam and lots of trees, and build a lovely house for us, one for my parents, one for my sister, and one or two for if friends want to drop by. They would be surrounded by a ferny foresty garden, with a man made stream and waterfall. The houses would be joined by boardwalks, to make it easy for my mum to get between them, as she has problems with walking on rough ground. These boardwalks would join in the centre, wth an undercover gazebo area with barbecue facilities and seating. Then around the other side of the lake I would build a nice camp/centre for homeschoolers to use... and maybe other kids/families too. There would be cute little family cabins, big kitchen and dining hall, theatre facilities, workshop type rooms, craft facilities (pottery, spinning wheels, woodwork etc), computer room, photography gear, library. Plus horses and other animals, chickens for eggs, permaculture garden etc. I would employ friends and family who are good at various appropriate things, and have cabins for them too, if it was too far to commute. Eg my sister is a librarian, so she could run the library, plus she makes jewellery etc, so she could run craft workshops. My dad does astronomy, woodwork, is good with computers and electronics, so he could do these workshops. A friend likes driving and is a real people person, so maybe he could run a bus back and forth from the city to bring people to the centre. He also plays drums and keyboard and works with MIDI, so he could do these workshops. And so on... I'd provide an exchange scheme for homeschoolers from other countries to come over and spend time at the camp centre. In time, I'd set up these centres in other countries too. Plus we'd travel, have nice things, do lots of exciting things ourselves... in between helping to run the centre. I also dream of being able to do something towards helping a community who live in extreme poverty (like in Africa or somewhere), to have a much improved lifestyle and future. I would also dearly love to adopt a little girl, maybe from an Asian country.
i dream that one day poverty will end and i will be financially stable and have something to offer someone other than what i have now. i also dream of legal marijuana in the states!
Well I'll just mention some.. My dream is to finish my family's dream house, and have my own house 5 or 10 years from now..Have a business like cafe/ computer shop or boarding house or have a franchise of my favorite fast food chain or food stand. I want to go abroad and travel together with my love ones.
Peace from war, peace of mind, and a nice planet for everyone. Having a sweet job and finally finishing college would be nice as well.
I want an erotica shop with a office above it. Above that my house. Hope that I'd get a nice bussiness like that.
