Is there a way to make the account status go to CANCELLED without having to manually change it? I've read all the docs and it appears the field is supposed to be automatically go to CANCELLED when the termination date is put in and the "Cancel account after xx days" is set to as low as 1. what are we missing? ty, jeff
Make sure you run the Cancel Customers button on the main menu (or run it automatically with the Automated Tasks).
