I suppose they need permission from the government authorities. Or some regulations need to be met....You could use moneybookers or e-gold till paypal steps in

E-mailing them might help I do not have an idea of paypal laws, so that is the best I can suggest. BTW the number of similar threads at the bottom should tell you that a significant number of people are unhappy with paypal not entering Pakistan

 

I mailed but no response...why not let us all move to moneybookers...they are much better than paypal...they send u even letter at ur home to verify ur account instead u have to fax to verfy address...also high limits...more countries...easy panel and interference...no necessary cc or bank accounts...

95% at DP do business with Paypal and thats the only choice we have!!!

money bookers is better as the fees is pretty less as compared to paypal, perhaps we should all shift to money bookers!!

pakistan and bangladesh are probably on the paypal's banned list, so don't expect paypal to enter there! also the countries that have paypal the new ones i mean, most of those have a lot of limitations! some of those can't send, some can't recive!

the old countries where paypal is available, most of those, specially from the asia don't get the bank transfer, and the check's take time to reach,

but then since most people are using paypal, we will have to stick with it

am not exactly sure, some one told on this forum that pakistan and bangladesh was on the paypal's list some time back, but now they are removed, that probably means a ban, i guess!

i eddy was here, we could have get it confermed, but now i have not seen him for some time, we will have to wait for him, am sure he has the answer

 

You broke my heart buddy along with many bangladeshi web masters , if banned there is some thing wrong , a big problem . but we feel its not the case , here govt rules are not friendly . but we belive days will change , paypal will be here .
