    Till date, The most reliable have been Xoom who accept PayPal. Have found many more but they started and shut down as expected.

    Lets see if we have any other out there...

    remit2india does offers such service but is available to Indians sending money from abroad.

    Not available for withdrawing our own funds from PP to our bank account.
    I guess Xoom is the only option available.

    I completely agree with Arvind Srivastava, Xoom is the only option available to transfer money from Paypal account to our Bank accounts. Also it provides awesome service, I have used it once and got the money transfered in 2 days.

    Western Union donot allow transactions of an Indian user to his bank account, or himself through paypal.You can send money using western union if you are abroad.
