Yes definitely you can reach PR3 if you by some sitewide links on some good PR sites

Till date I have submitted my directory only to few directories(only free-about 100)

and all other links were bought my me in order to increase my site's PR!

It really depends on the PR of the page you are listed and number of outgoing links.
Take a look at Ask Directory to see if it suits your needs.

 

I'd be surprised if you don't see a PR3 or better given the directories you've submitted to (thanks for that). As others have said, keep building links and you will surely reach your target.

I hope you don't mind me looking at your robots.txt, but you may want to remove the current contents, or add to them if need be. The search engines will most likely ignore the current contents since there is no disallow statement, but you can never be too careful.

 

It is important check the PR of the page where your link will be.

Your list seems to be pretty good. I think you can reach at least PR4 if submitted wisely. Good luck with the project!

Assuming that your other listings are similar to that you will get PR4.
And BTW, I made it PR6 in 2.5 months

 

I think you will since PR3 is pretty easy to achieve.

I can not say how much PR you could get --because IMHO- The PR algo has changed completely from old ones when you can have a cultured guessing of how many links of which PR required for achieving a certain level of PR.

Have you tried aviva, alive directory? you may get highly promotion from them I think

 

The one of this have put permanents but i think is still very expencive step.I will consider it after i get some money from my directory.
