Get Alan Jackson to be your spokesperson.

"It's alright to be itty bitty!"

    Not bad but:
1)"Because size matters" is played out
2)Usually this phrase refers to bigger as better. This is not the case with shorter urls.

    Shorter is better no?

Ok how about playing off the other played out phrase "it's not how big, it's how you use it" and do something like:

"It's not the size, it's how memorable it is." or "The shorter, the more memorable".
ittybitty.cn, making urls (or links) itty bitty

the whole idea behind "Because size matters" is that it's a twist on the whole thing i dunno. in this case meaning that smaller is better. kinda contradicting the whole saying or something. as for them being memorable, it's random characters so i'm not sure how memorable that would be. i was thinking about using words from /usr/share/dict/words and have it spit out stuff like http://ittybitty.cn/potato heh. but the only downside to that would be larger words

Yeah if you do it like that where they can pick a word or it assigns one based on the title of the page for the link, then it might make sense.

If it is random, then yeah, my suggestion doesn't make sense, haha

Just one thing came mind when I read your post:

    IttyBitty LinkyShrinky, EasyPeasy ClickyQuicky

I thought it sounded funny, but definitely not as memorable as Devils :p
