    Hello,

I have a budget of $300 and I want to buy links for my site: Free Software Downloads.

I would like permanent links. Should I buy in directories? What do you suggest?

i think you must spend all those money for directory links. " Solicitations & Announcements" & "Directories" forums are great places to start.

and take care the signature of people. so many people are promoting directories:)

I'd prefer buying links on software websites and/or blogrolls... there should be plenty of internet/software/computer related sites around DP looking to sell links to you.. just make a BST thread and you'll get competitive prices

If you want to spend a bit more there is linkworth and TLA as well

If you are buying direct, then make sure to monitor your links to make sure they are not altered or taken down early.

There are lots of services/software for this. I think the best one is in my sig, but try them all.

Just submit your site to free directories but if you want a permanent link, you can buy link from a niche or deep link directories

Always go for permanent links only and try to have your links on other sites than directories as well.
