    If you want to use popups, I highly recommend paypopup, I make a shedload from it. Though dont apply for the banners because they get rather funny about it. You'll get around $1.20 cpm after accounting for the lower paying middle east etc traffic

    That's rubbish. It doesn't make any sense. Why would paypopup offer banners that publishers can use, if when the publisher uses them they become funny about it. That doesn't make sense. If they have advertising media that they want publishers to use then they want them to use them. They haven't just got the banner ads for show.
