well i dont know where to start, first the black font is not appropriate, something blue or red will be better for a musculation websites second there is very little content on your website, its like an MFA WEBSITE, seriously you have a lot of work to do.. you should considere rebuilding this site, one thing that is good is the logo, very nice
I think your website is boring.. you need to add more picture there but not to much, because it will slowing down your site.. just add picture as 'eye catching..'
yeah man its booring hav't any pic just google adds are available and not soo much section first manage your site then start frum and other section ratting from me 1.5/10
i kinda like the design and the logo but you've got errors on your page and as mentioned it does look a little too much like its intended for click throughs. I think body builders also like pics so that could help.
Nice logo! Your adsense units are well blending into your layout.. I think it needs a paragraph of.. just text...

Nice ad placement and good logo but your site looks a bit bare, if you know what I mean. Lots of empty space. Try adding some relevant backgroun and/or more content.
I think it looks good. I love the logo and the general design is good. As other people have said, many a bit of text on the home page? It does look a tiny bit bare...
well the homepage will be bare but im adding a hall of fame and more articles, not sure what else i can add to the homepage!?
Here are my two cents: - I don't like the adsense on the header (the header looks too empty) - Make left navigation stretch as much down as the main part of the website goes - Use slightly larger fonts on the left menu and in the articles - Build links around the web... Otherwise I like the website... Please give rep too
