Definately not the most accurate site value determination tool out there..

 

Well, I don't think any "site valuation" is accurate - but they are bit fun - AND can give some IDEA on how valuable some sites could be.

The final judge for the site value is the buyer. It depends on the buyer how valuable some site could be. For example, let's suppose somebody is selling a car site making $100 per month. For average Bill Buyer that site could be worth $0 (if the car site would require maintenance and income was somehow profiled on the author of the site and his opinions - and the site income drops as soon as the original author leaves), or it could be worth $1200 (one year income - if the site would give a solid $100 income on and on). Or... it could be worth $5,000 if Bill Buyer would know a guy who would pay $5,000 for a car site like this.

Or, Bill Buyer could know an advertiser who would like to spend $500 per month for this type of site.

Or, Bill Buyer could perhaps add the car site to his existing car site network, and increasing the monthly income from $100 to $200 per month. In that case the site would be more valuable for the buyer than the seller.

It depends on the site details, the buyer and his situation

 

Great. It can display also backlinks. Nice tool you have there.... Not accurate one... just a computation....

 

I think anyone can appreciate a tool that will tell you your website is worth 10x its actual value.

 

The tool is s u p e r b - it has a complex feature structure, takes into account many factors and that makes it purely excellent. Though I'm particularly content with the my website's statistics so far Well, I predict some times of hard and strenuous work will come soon

 

I think the tool is nice & entertaining, while its results have obviously to be taken with a grain of salt.
It's surely good to quickly get an idea of how many $ you can get with Text-Link-Ads on a particular site...

 

those tools just for estimating, they cant go our backend and count our CtR, Cpm... so those tools even don't know, how much we are making just in one month...

 

One of my sites valued at $8,383. About one months revenue.
I don't think it got even close. Fun tool though.

Not very accurate I make more per month than its estimated value lol

 

I only wish it was that much. I am trying to sell it right now and I am pretty sure noone would give me even a 5th of that

$58 for it being up since the 24th of this month, but what would you expect Already in 2 major affiliate programs so hopefully this will grow a bit in the near 2 years
